I was glad to find the parts I needed. Friendly owner!

Awesome service! We lost our AC and Ken had a new one installed for us the next day! Very professional and quick. He made sure to do all he could to get us AC knowing we have two small children in the house. He answered all of our questions and absolutely went above and beyond for us. I would recommend him to anyone in the area. We are sticking with Ken for all our HVAC needs in the future.

Very nice people! Did great work at our house when we got a new furnace & ac through them.. super quick and all around easy experience with them. We had a very minor issue with the AC, called and he was there and fixed it within 20 minutes!

The 2 employees were on time, friendly, and thoroughly explained technical concepts to me. The price was very reasonable as well.

Excellent service! They arrived at my house within 30 minutes of calling them to check my AC. I was worried they would try to dupe me into purchasing a new unit but they said my old unit was repairable. They fixed it quickly and gave me some pointers on how to get more efficient use out of my AC unit. Thanks!!!

Very great people, that go above and beyond to help. They offer a large variety of parts at their shop, compared to other businesses. Ken is a very knowledgeable gentleman, he was able to help me diagnose my issue and recommend the part I needed. I would highly recommend them.

I got to say I'm very impressed! I called A-1 Ken's when our furnace was on the fritz and they were out and had our furnace repaired within an hour. The price was reasonable and they were very professional. Outstanding service!

It's going to be a long story but I think it should be told so you can get an idea about Kens character. I called the shop looking to get service for a 30+ yr furnace that would not work. Ken stopped over to take a look and found the issue right away it was the thermostat so he told us to come to the shop tomorrow to pick one up and showed my husband how to jump it to get heat. He did not charge us for the call out at all. Well we jumped it a few times and it worked and then it didn't ,we already knew the furnace was doomed it that old so we talked and decided to replace it. We stopped in the shop and his wife had the thermostat because Ken got it out that night so she would have it when we stopped by. We informed her we was considering a new furnace. We are chatting and a elderly man comes in and was chatting with Ken about his furnace that he could not figure out the problem with it. Ken proceed to troubleshoot the old man's furnace and offered a few ideas to help the man out. That is what sealed the deal for me. Ken nor his wife was concerned about losing a service call or cared that the old man was attempting to fix it himself. They offered advice with no thought of their business, they were there to help. You can call any heating and cooling place and I promise you they will not offer advice so you can have a chance to fix it yourself ,they will always say we can take a look at it for you and they will charge you just to look at it and they will always try to sell you a new furnace when yours is 30+ yrs old. Well anyways we got our furnace installed ,he did a fantastic job ,his wife is absolutely wonderful and called to make sure we was warm and offered heaters while he was installing. They give advice freely and are amazing at what the do. They will be seeing me this spring for central air. A family with integrity.

The air conditioning fan motor died and Ken was able to be here the next day. He explained what the problem was, showed me what needed done and had me up and running in less than an hour. They also have a great appliance parts store that has everything you need from air filters to heating elements for electric stoves and ovens. They are very kind and thoughtful of their customers. I highly recommend A-1 Ken's.

Couldn't ask for a more friendly or knowledgeable guy. Recharged our aging Lennox system with freon for a reasonable price and included some great advice on how to keep the system in good health and keep the house cool for no charge.

Be advised: if they don't return your call right away, their phone system doesn't seem to work with all cell carriers! They said they always got a busy signal when calling my cell phone. If they don't call back, just keep trying. Ken's worth it!

I would recommend this company for any problems with the furnace. They do what they say they will do and are very punctual. It took about 6 hours over 2 days to complete the job. In the meantime they provided me with 2 space heaters so I could have heat. My new furnace is awesome. If I could give a 10 rating I would.

So if you're planing on any furnace work call them for the job you won't be disappointed. Great Job A-1 Temp.

We just had our A/C unit replaced, a new filtration system added, and a new humidifier installed on our furnace by Ken and his son. The did a great job installing everything in a timely manner and gave us tips on what we could do to keep our furnace from struggling in the winter. Overall great service from a great family run business. I will definately recommend A-1 Ken's to everyone I know!!

Ken did a great job replacing our furnace and rerouting/changing some of the existing duct work. Communicated well about the job, costs and time expectations for completion. Overall very happy and satisfied with the work! Would definitely recommend A-1 Kens to others in the future.

Thank you all at A-1 Ken's All Temperature Systems. Everyone was very knowledgeable and gave excellent service. In this very hot weather our AC stopped working. We had four local companies provide estimates for our AC/furnace replacement. This was the only company to call back making sure we still needed their service. They nearly beat the best price and provide a superior Lennox product. Ken is a very knowledgeable man and his son is as well. They worry just as much about your comfort as you do so know that they will make sure you are happy. We had been paying $300+/month for electricity using our old system and the house never cooled off. Now with the help of Ken and his son our AC kicks off pretty much every half hour and keeps our house cool. Something we haven't had in seven years. Thank you, Ken. I will refer you to anyone needing help with HVAC issues.

No matter what you need this is the place to call A-1 Ken's All Temperature Systems took my worries away in 2 days, they are not money hungry they are home town people who treats you like a friend. I have multiple homes and they installed a new furnace in 1. I will use them again.

My furnace had been struggling and making loud noise all week. Ken and his son came out on a Saturday and had it fixed and running good as new in no time. I will be going to them for all of my heating / cooling needs. Excellent service!

When our air conditioning broke I called Ken and he came right over. He told us we needed to replace our current system with a newer model. Ken replaced it the very next day and by noon we were up and running again. Ken came in under the price that he quoted us. We will always call on Ken for any of our cooling and heating needs.
